SEWING CLASSES
We're the city's leader for sewing instruction. Our classes are fit for all skil levels and interests, and our instructors are talented, patient, and dedicated. Join us for some social and creative time or dive in deep and get technical.

It's pretty hard to sew without elbow room. That’s why we keep our classes to a maximum of eight students. You’ll enjoy the intimate setting of a small class, plus more one-on-one time with your instructor.
 

Beginner Sewing Classes
Build your sewing foundation, or get a refresher on basics in Introductory Sewing. You'll sew three projects, including a skirt from a pattern of your choice.

In Quick Start you'll learn machine basics and sew three great projects in just four weeks.

Kids & Teen Classes
Kids learn to sew and get creative in Kids After School. Experienced sewers can begin to work with patterns and more advanced projects in Kids PLUS.

In our most popular teen class, Elite Fashion Prep, teen fashionistas will create garments for their fashion school portfolios.

Home Decor & Speciality Classes
Looking to give your home a little love? Try Home Sweet Home, a seven week course that'll have you sewing placemats, pillows and a custom cover for a Parsons chair.

If your windows are bare, try Quick Start: House 'n' Home. In this four-week course you'll learn all thr tools, tricks, and techniques you need to hem and sew window coverings. You'll also whip up a roman blind.
