Whether you're a first-time seamstress-in-the-making or a frequent dabbler looking to increase your knowledge and refine your skills, this program is a great place to start.

Learn
• Sewing-machine basics
• Tools and terminology
• Various seam finishes
• How to prepare, mark, and cut fabric
• How to read a commercial pattern
• How to sew a garment that fits

Course highlight
You'll make a skirt that fits in a fabric and style of your choice.

 

Cost: $390 plus tax

Fabric and Supplies: To be purchased by student

Course duration: Two hours once a week for eight weeks
