Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from Love Sewing and delivered within the United States.

Order cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We can cancel and refund an order only before it has been confirmed for processing. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with a missing part, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video of the item
• A photo of the shipping label and outer packaging where relevant

We will assess the issue and, where approved, arrange an appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue, this may be a replacement, replacement part, exchange, partial refund or refund.

For electronic products, a verified non-working item may need to be returned before a replacement can be arranged.

Returns

Do not return an item without written approval and return instructions from Love Sewing.

Approved returns must be sent within 10 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm otherwise in writing or where required by law.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or refunds because an item is no longer wanted, was ordered by mistake, has a minor cosmetic variation, or because the customer does not like it.

Delivery issues

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot provide refunds for orders delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect a parcel, or a parcel marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.

Digital bonus pack

Eligible first-50 customers receive the Love Sewing digital bonus pack by download after payment. As digital content is made available immediately, it is not separately refundable once accessed or downloaded.
